Shipping policy

Domestic Orders

  • Hong Kong: For purchase over HKD360, a free SF Self Pickup (SF Lockers, Stores, Business Stations included; +HKD20 for door delivery) is available. For purchase under HK$360, shipping cost is paid by customer. (SF Collect)
  • Macau: For purchase over HKD360, a free E-buy Pickup is available. For purchase under HK$360, shipping cost is paid by customer. (E-buy Collect)
  • In general, orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days
  • In case of dispute, the decision of LeadStrong Hong Kong & Macau shall be final.

*SF Express pickup codes are now sent via the SFHK APP instead of SMS. Please download the SFHK APP to ensure you receive your pickup code promptly and avoid extra charges for overdue collection. For details, refer to the official SF Express website.

International Orders

  • We currently ship to Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. If you are from other countries, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will try our best to come up with a suitable shipping option for you. :)
  • For orders to Japan, you will find the shipping rate at checkout.
  • For purchase over HKD360 (about MYR218 or 63SGD) ,we now offer a free door-to-door delivery. For purchase under HKD360 (about MYR218 or 63SGD) , the calculated rate is available to your location at check-out.
  • We include 9% GST for Singapore orders and 10% SST for Malaysia orders in the checkout.
  • Please understand that all international packages need to undergo customs clearance, and customs inspection may delay the delivery timeline.
  • In case of dispute, the decision of LeadStrong Hong Kong & Macau shall be final.
